I did this painting for a fund raising auction for Alex Grey and Allyson Greys Chapel of Sacred Mirrors in 2007 when they had there gallery in NYC. The piece is about seeing and reflecting on ones self as we grow and strive towards a greater awareness. Much of my artwork in general is about this idea.
